Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the hardware item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device and confirms its condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
